I want sunshine
It has been so grey and wet this winter. A typical B.C. winter coupled with an El Nino year means rain and more rain and warmer than usual weather. Today it was over 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Good for the soil and our water tanks which are finally hooked up, but hard on me. Today it actually didn't rain so I went outside and cut back some rose bushes, heather and started on the wisteria. I am thinking that it will be prudent to start spring pruning early if the weather stays warm. My daffodils are poking their noses out already and I haven't yet looked to see what is happening to the snowdrops. Well, no rain and peeks of sunshine are good but I am so ready for Hawaii. Can't wait.
